VSA Space Design is established in the year 2004 over the years, the firm had humongous was response from the clients… for completed, ongoing projects and new proposals.
We visualize each project in an attempt to achieve maximum aesthetic and functional satisfaction. We have expertise in each field with in-house facilities for Design Development and Project management to bestow client’s requirement from concept to completion.And in year 2007 the name has been changed under companies Act, 1956 and successively affirmed as VSA Space Design (P) Ltd.
A full service registered Architectural, Interior design, Liasioning & PMC firm, VSA space design Pvt.Ltd has been practicing in pan INDIA having offices in Delhi and Mumbai, allowing us to design and oversee projects throughout the country.
Our many completed projects demonstrate a proven track record of outstanding design, experience, and capability. This diverse body of work, including residential, commercial, and hospitality, has been renowned by esteemed group of companies across the country.
With a strong team of architects and designers headed by principals and diretors with both proficient and young team, we are among the most prestigious architectural firms capable of handling multiple projects of varying size and scope.
VSA has been appointed with MHADA as a consulting Architects for some of its housing layouts in Mumbai. VSA is empanelled with MHADA Mumbai as Architecture firm and exhaustive knowledge of their housing schemes and policies.
VSA is Registered with COA, Delhi and Member of I.I.A. (Indian Institute of Architects). We provide Architectural, Liasoning, Designing, and PMC services from initial level to complete the job in shortest time optimizing client’s requirement without any violation and wherever possible, we use are extended for fast approvals.
Besides these, we provide Turnkey Interior solutions, Land scaping ,HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing and Structural Design as part of the complete Design Management Services.

Principal Architect
Bachelor of Architecture from MIT and D.Arch from New Delhi, Worked with Mahendra & Associates in New Delhi and Vilas Auchat & Associates in Mumbai. Leading the company as a statutory Liasoning expert for various approvals and NOC’s. He believes in improvisation the design parameters in sync with the changing real estate market to satisfy all the stakeholders.
Ar. Neena Thorat
Principal Architect
Bachelor of Architecture from Pune University in 1996, Worked in renowned firms with Ar.Raja Aderi and Patel Bataliwala in Mumbai. Design being her Forte, She believes that an architect is one who turns out imaginations in reality and experimenting things to evolve out of the box every time and that architecture is all about providing solutions through creation and design.
Ar. Amita
Urban Designer
Bachelor of Architecture from M.I.T. and Post Graduate in Urban Design from School of Planning and Architecture New Delhi. She believes Architecture is the very mirror of life. You only have to cast your eyes on buildings to feel the presence of the past, the spirit of a place; they are the reflection of society.”
